Mount Kisco's Robert Dolan, 81, Former Bedford Hills Fire Chief, Served Community For 56 Years

Robert (Bob) Dolan was born in Mount Kisco on July 30, 1937 and continued to serve his community and raise his family there with his wife Kitty.

He was an active member of the Bedford Hills Fire Department for 56 years. He served as chief in 1999 and is the son of ex-chief Joseph M. Dolan.

Prior to joining the fire department he served in the Air Force for four years as a radar technician.

He will be greatly missed as he leaves behind his wife, children and grandchildren.

Family & Friends are invited to the Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home Inc. at 288 East Main Street in Mt. Kisco on Monday, March 18 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place for Robert on Tuesday, March 19 at 10 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church at 2 Green Street in Mt. Kisco, with Burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
